HotIPTV Plus is a media player for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app and this website.

In short

• We don't collect personal data through the app. There are no accounts with us, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
• Your playlist details stay on your device. Passwords are kept in the Apple Keychain.
• The app only connects to the servers you add, to load your lists, guides, images and video, and to the Radio Browser directory if you use World radios.

What the app keeps on your device

• Your playlists: name, server address and username. The password is kept in the Apple Keychain.
• Your settings: language, player, parental control and locked or hidden categories. The PIN is kept in the Apple Keychain.
• Your favourites, and where you stopped in films and episodes.

This information stays on your device. We can't see it.

What the app sends, and to whom

When you add or open a playlist, the app connects directly to the server address you entered. It sends your username and password to that server, as the Xtream Codes format requires. It then loads lists, programme guides, images and video from that server, or from the addresses it gives.

That server is run by a third party, not by us, and its own privacy policy applies. Nothing is sent to us.

If you use World radios, the app loads the station list from the free Radio Browser directory and plays each station from its own server. If you open a trailer, it plays on YouTube. As with any connection, these services see technical data such as your IP address; the app sends them no login details.

If you allow it in your device settings, Apple may share crash reports with us. They help us fix problems and don't include your playlists or passwords.

Local network

If a server you added is on your home network, your device may ask you to allow access to the local network. The app uses it only to reach that server.

Deleting your data

• To remove a playlist's details, including its saved password, delete the playlist in the app.
• To remove everything at once, including the parental PIN, use Settings › Delete all playlists.
• Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Passwords saved in the Apple Keychain may stay on the device after the app is deleted, so delete your playlists first if you want them removed.

Children

HotIPTV Plus is not designed for children. Parents can lock categories with a PIN.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
